Nnamdi G. Osuagwu
Chief Executive Officer / Writer
Nnamdi is the founder of Ice Cream Melts, LLC. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and handles all day to day operations.
Nnamdi has been writing as a hobby since childhood and in 2007 completed his first book, Ice Cream Melts. In addition to writing, Nnamdi has taken up film and embarked on capturing Ice Cream Melts stories from real life people through street interviews. Most recently, Nnamdi combined his passion for literature and film to produce the company’s first eBookumentary™ and second book, A Souvenir For My Mom: First Hand Accounts From The 2009 US Presidential Inauguration.
Nnamdi holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Temple University with a major in Computer Science. In addition to his responsibilities at Ice Cream Melts, LLC, Nnamdi is a Partner of Strategic Generation, an Information Technology consulting firm, and sits on the board of Sensible Developments, LLC, a Real Estate Development firm specializing in building "At Risk" neighborhoods. Nathaniel “Nate” Thomas
Chief Creative Officer (CCO)
Nate is responsible for all user interface and design decisions. He was an integral part in the Q4 2008 migration of the Ice Cream Melts’ website from statically to dynamically content driven through user interaction. The Blog and Video sections of the site were introduced during the migration.
Nate has been enthused about field of Art since early on and decided at a young age to pursue his passion. Nate attended University of the Arts in Philadelphia and worked his way up within large organizations in the capacity of Graphic Design and Web development.
In addition to his responsibilities at Ice Cream Melts, LLC, Nate is a Partner of an IT consultancy, Strategic Generation, and offers print and graphic design assistance to budding entrepreneurs and mid size enterprises.

Prabhat Sandheliya
IT Architect
Prabhat is responsible for the technical implementation and infrastructure of the Ice Cream Melts’ web initiative. He managed the development team in the Q4 2008 migration of the website from statically to dynamically content driven through user interaction. The Blog and Video sections of the site were introduced during the migration.
Prabhat has been an advocate of Linux since the beginning of his career and has been solely engaged in non proprietary Operating Systems. He constantly echoes, “Death to Microsoft”, during team meetings. He also manages LinuxIndore. Prabhat is an expert in LAMP (Linux, Apache, Mysql, PHP) and was excited to structure the Ice Cream Melts web initiative around those technologies.
Prabhat holds a Bachelors of Engineering degree from Madhav Institute of Technology and Science. In addition to his responsibilities at Ice Cream Melts, LLC, Prabhat is a Partner of an IT consultancy, Strategic Generation, and offers IT development assistance to budding entrepreneurs and mid size enterprises.
